Two acre properties are intertwined with enticing equestrian trails linked to a fully appointed Equestrian Center. The large lighted arena with picnic area, warm-up ring, round-pen, mare motel, and restroom facilities provide a center-piece community gathering point. The Equestrian Center is located at 23550 Rose Quartz Drive.
Santa Rosa Ranchos Homeowners Association (recipient of the CAI 2010 Small Community Association of the Year Award) consists of all owners of lots within this planned residential development. The covenants, conditions and restrictions of the Association were established to enhance and protect the value, desirability and attractiveness of the properties and common areas.
